RE Two indicators below. Both are based on old D2D indicators. Suggest changing as follows:

CAD: Denominator: Refine searches looking for keywords (Clinicians noted that there is a data quality issue here).

CAD: Numerator: change definition to “not on statin AND LDL>2″… ie ID at risk patients (Identify patients on both graphs and notify provider)

Current Definition:?Identifying patients with CAD who either are not on a statin or their LDL is more than 2.0 (two graphs)

COPD: Denominator: Refine searches for keywords

COPD: Numerator: Suggestions?

Current Definition:?Identifying patients with COPD who are on Advair or Symbicort (who have NOT had an exacerbation event. <– not in yet)
